CHICAGO A Chicago Creative Partnership campaign is counting down the days to the new year in an effort to remind people to contribute to the state’s Bright Start college savings plan in time for a deduction.

New print advertising from the independent agency here began breaking this week in four markets: Chicago, Rockford, Springfield and Peoria, Ill.

The series contains headlines stating how many days are left until 2006, e.g., “11 Days Left” for an ad that ran on Dec.
