CHICAGO In advance of new laws in some of Minnesota’s most populous counties outlawing smoking in restaurants and bars, the Minnesota Partnership for Action Against Tobacco is breaking a public awareness campaign from independent agency Clarity Coverdale Fury.

The print and outdoor effort breaks this week in five metropolitan areas with the tagline, “It’s mighty good to breathe.” Posters intended to hang in restrooms feature a blue-toned, smoke-free bar with the headline, “Now you can see how blue his eyes are from across the bar.”
