After six years with the agency, Lisa Badeau last week was named partner at CC and D Communications here.
As vice president and director of marketing services, Badeau is responsible for developing ad strategies and managing the daily operations of account service for all agency business. “I have my hands on everything,” said Badeau, who joined CC and D in 1992 from the defunct T.J. Clark, where she served as an account supervisor.
Badeau receives an undisclosed minority stake in the shop and her duties will now include long-term planning, according to president and majority owner Peter Kostopoulos.
CC and D’s other partners are chairman and co-founder Harry Daly, creative director Judy Austin and public relations director Peter Prodromou, who was named a partner earlier this year.
