BOSTON Interpublic Group’s Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos has hired Tim Cawley as senior vice president and group creative director.

Cawley, 34, most recently served as senior vice president and group creative director at IPG’s Mullen, overseeing work on XM Satellite Radio, the Department of Defense and the Ad Council. Cawley will remain at the shop through the end of September.
