ATLANTA Hispanic Yellow Pages Network, an independent publisher of Spanish-language telephone directories, said it has acquired Casablanca Publishing and its directories in Atlanta and North Georgia.

The Boston-based company now publishes 10 directories in the Southeast and Texas, including Tampa and Orlando, Fla., Dallas and Houston, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia. The company plans to launch new publications in Phoenix and San Antonio later this year.

“Acquiring Casablanca Publishing is a logical step in the development of our national network of directories,” said Patrice Listfield, chief executive officer of HYPN.
