NEW YORK Carat Fusion said Jeremy Cornfeldt would take over as general manager of its New York office.

The digital and direct ad agency, which is based in San Francisco, has about 50 staffers in its New York office, which works for clients like Alberto-Culver, Pernod Ricard, Pfizer and Revlon.

Cornfeldt replaces Renny Gleesen, who left the agency last November to join Wieden + Kennedy as global director of digital strategies.

Cornfeldt, 35, had led Carat Fusion’s search and affiliate practice since August 2005, working from its Boston office.
