WIESBADEN, GERMANY – HMS, Germany’s biggest media agency, has sold its remaining 51% to French media giant Carat. Five years ago, HMS chairman Kai Hiemstra sold 49% of the agency to Carat with hopes of bolstering the agency’s economic development. The five agency founders will all keep their present titles. No name change for the agency has been planned.
