NEW YORK Bob Wolf Partners/TPG is opening up the $170 million Capital One creative review to agencies outside of Publicis Groupe, sources said.

The Los Angeles consultant was hired two months ago to help Capital One “research” its new agency as incumbent D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles dissolved into Publicis, the client said at the time.

But within the past two weeks, Wolf began asking agencies outside of Publicis Groupe to send financial credentials and their experience in the category to him, sources said [Adweek, Dec.
