WASHINGTON, D.C.-When Robert Campbell, the 49-year-old founder and chief executive officer of The Campbell Group in Baltimore, died suddenly two weeks ago, shocked agency officials put a new management structure in place that they said Campbell himself would have approved.
Brian Hall, president of the agency’s new Florida office and an eight-year veteran of the company, has assumed the chief executive officer’s role as well. Hall will continue to oversee the operation of the newly opened Fort Lauderdale, Fla.,
