LOS ANGELES Nearly five months after the California Lottery said it would issue an addendum to the RFP for its five-year, $125 million account, state officials today followed through on that promise.

The six-page addendum was issued to the four finalists in the review, including the incumbent, Grey, and DDB and McCann-Erickson, all in Los Angeles, and Foote, Cone & Belding in San Francisco. It includes a revised cost sheet that addresses mark-up rates and media efficiency, along with a note from lottery contract administrator Shannon Gordon.
