Kawasaki Motors Corp. has shifted its advertising account from IPG’s Foote Cone & Belding in Irvine, Calif., to independent O’Leary and Partners in Irvine, the client said last week. A Kawasaki rep said the split, which came without a review, was amicable. Kawasaki spent $3 million on ads for its motorcycles in 2003, but about $10 million through July, according to Nielsen Monitor-Plus.
