The review for the California Lottery’s four-year, $100 million general-market ad account—its third in the last two years—has again been postponed. The client was due to name finalists last Wednesday, but instead issued an amendment clarifying requirements and asking the eight participating shops to resubmit by Jan. 14. The lottery now is expected to name finalists on Jan. 27.
