NEW YORK Cadient has acquired some of the assets of InterMedia Interactive Solutions, an Internet-technology company that caters to pharmaceutical marketers.

As a part of the deal, Cadient picks up InterMedia’s technology products, including an application that helps pharmaceutical companies forge relationships with key opinion leaders who are influential in clinical approval and acceptance of new brands.

The purchase, which is expected to add to current year revenue, “lays the groundwork for Cadient to realize its goal of growing 50 percent per year through both organic growth and acquisition of complementary offerings,” said company CEO Bob Weissman.
