Independent Cramer-Krasselt in Chicago landed creative on H.J. Heinz Co.'s $15 million frozen foods account, besting Doner and Element 79 in a review, sources said. The business includes the Ore-Ida and Smart Ones brands, previously at Omnicom's DDB in San Francisco. New York consultancy Roth Associates managed the process.
