CHICAGO – Willard Hadlock, currently executive vp/worldwide media services for Leo Burnett Co., will retire April 30, 1994, agency insiders said last week. Hadlock, a 33-year Burnett veteran, will be succeeded by Dick Hobbs, now senior vp/worldwide media services. Hobbs’ responsibilities will be broadened, but his title will not change. Hobbs’ current duties will be divided between Jack Kluse and Brian Jacobs. Kluse, now senior vp/media director on clients Amurol, Tropicana, Nintendo and Samsonite, will be senior vp/North American media services.
