Publicis’ Leo Burnett is preparing to lay off 25 employees today, an agency rep confirmed. The cuts, which would account for 1-2 percent of its U.S. staff, are expected to reach across all departments. The rep said the layoffs stem from cost “efficiencies” and are not related to any account losses or decreases in spending or revenue from clients. The rep would not elaborate, nor did she identify any of the staffers who will lose their jobs.
