Bullseye Art, a New York-based developer of broadcast Flash animation, has been nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for its thirty-second opening animation for the "Rosie O'Donnell Show."

The 15-employee shop is competing with PBS's "Between The Lions" and ABC soap opera "Port Charles" in the Title Design category.

Bullseye's broadcast Flash technology allows its ads, music videos and cartoons to run both on TV and the Web without having to be adapted. This costs Bullseye clients, who include Sony Music, Discovery Kids and Aerosmith, less money since they only have to buy one property to have an offline and online presence.
