NEW YORK-David Budner has been promoted to the new position of executive vice president, worldwide director, Relationship Monitor at FCB Worldwide, effective immediately.
Budner, 54, was previously director of advertising research at FCB. He will report to Janet Pines, evp, director of strategic planning and insight. Budner has worked for FCB for 18 years and spearheaded the development of the Relationship Monitor, a market research tool. In his new position, he will primarily be responsible for the implementation and roll-out of the Relationship Monitor.
Prior to working at FCB, Budner was vice president and manager of the research department at Grey Advertising.
