The Brown Group in St. Louis has assigned creative ad duties for its Naturalizer shoe brand to Shahid & Co. in New York, according to sources.
Louis London in St. Louis handled the business for several years and participated in the review along with shops in Chicago and Texas.
Neither Brown nor Shahid, whose clients include Abercrombie & Fitch, could be reached for comment by press time.
Louis London created TV, print and promotional work for Naturalizer, which is both a shoe brand and a retail operation. Brown spent a little over $5 million on the brand in 1997 and was on a similar pace last year, according to Competitive Media Reporting.
Media buying is at Dewees, Mottert & Krieger in St. Louis.
