Shawn Parr is no exception. But the Englishman, who runs San Diego agency Bulldog Drummond, clearly had more of a purpose than most.
Even before it won Karl Strauss Brewing Co.’s local business, the agency’s letterhead read, “For maximum enjoyment, what follows should be accompanied by a carefully poured glass of ale.” The shop has also been known on occasion to send out pints of lager and ale packed in peanuts to friends and prospective clients.
