Brandt Goes to Synovate

Global research firm Synovate has named Jerry Brandt head of its new media and entertainment research unit for the Americas. Previously, Brandt served as a national industry director of the KPMG Consulting media and entertainment and digital media groups. Brandt, who is based in Los Angeles, will be responsible for expanding Synovate's services in the pre-release in-theater movie testing, entertainment and media custom research, and television trailer and promotion testing. He is also charged with launching Synovate's Pan Asia-Pacific Cross Media Survey, which tracks media audiences and their consumption trends, in the American marketplace.
