Love Collective, a New York-based startup, is headed by former TBWA\Chiat\Day managing director Mary Maroun and creative director Scott Carlson and Gill Linton, former director of strategic planning at Deutsch’s dRush in New York.

Bumped from the review following strategic presentations in September were DiNoto, Mad Dogs & Englishmen and The Arnell Group, all in New York.
