NEW YORK Young & Rubicam’s BrandBuzz has created a spot touting Pella’s line of windows that incorporate blinds between two panes of glass.

Kinka Usher directed the 30-second spot, which broke last week and shows two women so immersed in discussing one’s new Pella windows they fail to see her husband having a disaster with a grill outside.

“The last thing we wanted to do was a 30-second straight demonstration,” said Graham Turner, executive creative director at BrandBuzz.
