NEW YORK–Bozell New York has hired Amanda Vineyard-Kavanagh as partner, director of business development, a new position.
Kavanagh, 29, started in the post on March 22. She reports to Brian Martin, managing partner, executive director of account services and business development.
Her responsibilities at the shop include pursuing new business. Kavanagh does not currently have a staff, but said the shop plans to expand its business-development department within the next three months.
Before joining Bozell, she served as the director of strategic alliances at ePod, an Internet-advertising company in New York.
