SEATTLE – Rocky Botts is leaving the creative director’s post at Elgin Syferd/DDB Needham here to go back to San Francisco.
A year after his much-heralded arrival at Elgin from Hal Riney & Partners/S.F., Botts will return to Riney as a senior creative. He will partner with art director Chris Chaffin on the Tea Java and See’s Candy accounts and do some Saturn work.
Botts had accepted the post at the much smaller, $51-million ES to move into a management position and return to his Washington roots.
