BOSTON Bolloré Group, helmed by French corporate raider and Havas chairman Vincent Bolloré, said today it has reached an agreement to sell its Delmas cargo shipping interests to CMA-CGM Group.

In a statement, Bolloré Group valued the deal at approximately $600 million, but due to CMA-CGM’s willingness to take on debt for ships financed through borrowing, “the amount of cash coming to the Bolloré Group at the beginning of 2006 will … be in the region of $320 million.”
