Jessica Stanfield has advanced to account director at Boone/Oakley. At the Charlotte, N.C., shop, Stanfield manages clients such as Nascar, HBO Video and Dialog Communications. The agency has also hired Don Marshall Wilhelmi as art director. In his new post, Wilhelmi will be assigned to the HBO Video, Bloom supermarkets and Visit Charlotte accounts. He is a recent graduate of VCU’s Adcenter in Richmond, Va.
