BMP DDB Wins Grand Clio in Print

The Grand Clio in print went to BMP DDB, London, for its Volkswagen poster campaign at The 42nd Annual Clio Festival here Wednesday evening.

Tagged “Fun on the outside serious underneath,” the Grand Clio winner shows the cutout shape of a Beetle in different materials. One ad shows an animal print fabric revealing a conservative pin stripe inside. BMP DDB also won two gold and two silver statues for the Beetle campaign, as well as two bronzes for VW Gold Estate and Nicorette gum print ads.
