DALLAS Blue Bell Creameries, which produces its own advertising, will unveil its 2005 television commercial entitled “Remember” on Monday.

The 30-second spot, depicting children playing in the countryside around Blue Bell’s hometown of Brenham, Texas, is accompanied by a tune written and performed by Nashville songwriter Aaron Barker, the company said.

The commercial was written by longtime Houston adman Clyde Burleson and directed by Jerry Cotts of Cotts Films in Santa Monica, Calif. Cotts has directed Blue Bell commercials for more than 20 years, the company said.
