Kristin Bloomquist, former search consultant at SelectResources International, has been hired at TracyLocke in Dallas in the new position of managing director of business development and integration. Bloomquist opened Deutsch’s Los Angeles office and was a partner and director of account management there for almost 10 years. She left Deutsch to become senior vice president of marketing at TGI Friday’s. Her hire follows the agency’s recent addition of chief talent officer Beth Ann Kaminkow.
