DALLAS-Publicis/Bloom here was assigned marketing duties for a new dietary supplement acquired by client Block Drug Co. last week.
The all-natural Beano brand, a medicine designed to prevent gas build-up caused by the digestion of certain vegetables and grains, will be supported by a late fall print and television effort by the agency, according to Publicis/Bloom senior principal Carter Keith.
The agency would not disclose specific billings on the “multi-million dollar” account, but sources pegged spending at $2-3 million.
