Leo Burnett Technology Group chief executive Sean Bisceglia is leaving the agency as part of a reorganization of the high-technology business-to-business unit.

Bisceglia founded the shop as Total Focus Approach in 1991; operations were rebranded TFA/Leo Burnett Technology Group after he sold the company to Burnett in 1998. Recently, the shop dropped the TFA name in a move to become more closely aligned with its parent.

Jeff Jones, who worked for Burnett from 1990-96 and most recently was director of brand management at MarchFirst in Chicago, will rejoin Burnett as a senior vice president overseeing LBTG.

LBTG has struggled of late.
