Omnicom Group’s the Grizzard Agency has hired Sharon Bills as associate creative director of copy. Based in the direct-response shop’s Los Angeles office, Bills will oversee the development of fundraising-campaign copy for nonprofit clients including the Salvation Army, local rescue missions, the Prostate Cancer Foundation and the Lutheran Hour Ministries. Bills brings more than 25 years of experience to her new post, including positions at Brierly & Partners, Wunderman West and Lintas Marketing Communications. Prior to joining Grizzard, Bills most recently worked as an independent consultant and writer on campaigns for World Vision, Nokia, Hilton Hotels and KCET-TV, among others.
