NEW YORK — The Bermuda Department of Tourism is reviewing its estimated $7 million advertising account, sources said. A decision is expected by month’s end following creative presentations last week.

J. Walter Thompson in New York, the incumbent of three years, confirmed that it is defending the business, but declined further comment. Three other agencies also are taking part in the review, according to sources.

Tourism minister David Allen was not available for comment. Separate calls to the client were not returned.
