NEW YORK WPP Group's Berlin Cameron United here has added the creative portion of Comcast's business services unit following a review, per sources.
Dallas-based The Richards Group, an independent, was the incumbent on the account.
Pile and Co., the consulting company in Boston, oversaw the search. A Pile representative referred queries to the client, which could not immediately be reached for comment.
Spending on the business could not immediately be determined, and other review contenders were not dislcosed. Comcast spends $350 million overall in annual domestic media, per Nielsen Monitor-Plus.
Omnicom's Goodby, Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco is the lead shop on the consumer portion of the Comcast business, crafting the current "Comcastic" campaign. That work was not in play.
