Anthony Bianco was promoted to the newly created position of general manager at Berlin Cameron & Partners and named the agency’s ninth partner.

Bianco, 28, will maintain his job as director of print and interactive services, which he has held since joining the New York agency in 1998, and will continue to oversee nine staffers. He will report to CEO Ewen Cameron.

In his new role, Bianco will serve as a liaison between upper management and the shop’s 90 employees.
