BOSTON CRM and database marketing shop BeNow has brought aboard two senior vice presidents.
The Wakefield, Mass., company appointed Phil McAvoy senior vice president of the catalog and retail group and Phil Kramer senior vice president of its agency marketing practice.
In his newly created position, McAvoy, 43, will be responsible for growing the company’s Multichannel Retail Group, which he helped found working as a consultant to BeNow. Currently, the group is working with Hammachler Schlemmer, Rhodes Furniture and Bridgestone/Firestone.
