CHICAGO–Bcom3 reported a net income of $2.6 million on revenues of $447 million for the first quarter of 2001, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. For the first quarter of 2000, the Chicago-based holding company – which resulted when The Leo Group and The MacManus Group came together last year – had revenues of $381 million, but posted a $65 million loss because of a one-time-only $72 million, charge relating to the merger.
