BCF has named Mary Pannullo new business director. She most recently participated in fundraising for biomedical research at The Rockefeller University in New York. She also has been project manager for J. Brown/LMC Group, a subsidiary of Grey. Jennifer Gardner has rejoined the Virginia Beach, Va., shop as senior art director after two years at Dave Iwans & Associates in a similar role. Kimberly Bloeman and Rachel Nestor have been hired as public relations account executives.
