Bender, Browning, Dolby & Sanderson says it has doubled the size of its Milwaukee office by acquiring Freckmann Marketing Group.
The $1 million deal boosts BBDS' digital, graphic and production capabilities, and brings new business opportunities in Milwaukee, said Dick Sanderson, BBDS president and chief executive.
"It allows us to grow faster than we could have organically," Sanderson said. "Certainly scale and scope count in this business."
FMG, Cedarburg, Wis., brings $8-10 million in additional billings to the $65 million Chicago-based agency. FMG's clients include Outdoor Marine Corp.
