BaylessCronin Hires Palma

BaylessCronin's new director of business development, Michael Palma, 45, has taken over duties formerly held by the Atlanta shop's president, Steve Bowen. Along with ecd Jerry Cronin, Bowen left the shop a month ago. Palma was previously marketing director at Cole Henderson Drake, Atlanta. BaylessCronin is a unit of Omnicom's Merkley Newman Harty & Partners, New York.
