BOSTON Rayovac has tapped the J. Brown Agency to handle promotional chores, the shop confirmed.

Brown has a keen understanding of what motivates consumers and proven ability to convert creative ideas into measurable sales results for its clients."
The Stamford, Conn.-based shop was selected after a review of undisclosed agencies.
