MediaSolutions has named Diana Bartlett vice president and planning director. Prior to joining the Atlanta-based agency, Bartlett was vice president and management supervisor for the Home Depot account at nearby Initiative. The shop has also hired Janice Hiner as a buying supervisor. For the past 10 years, Hiner has served as executive vice president and broadcast director at Napolitano and Co. in Atlanta.
