SAN FRANCISCO — Penny Baldwin, 43, has been tapped to replace Austin McGhie as president and CEO of Young & Rubican’s office here.

Baldwin resigned today as president of Arnold’s San Francisco office, Arnold Ingalls Moranville; her replacement is being sought, an Arnold representative said. McGhie left Y&R about two weeks ago and has yet to accept a position elsewhere. He continues to do some consulting work with Y&R.

“Y&R is a big, venerable institution,” said Baldwin, who has been with Arnold for about two years.
