The client spent nearly $15 million in 2001 and about $10 million on ads through the first half of 2002, according to CMR.

Interpublic Group’s Bozell in New York is lead agency and handles consumer-focused ads for the Ministry; independent Irma S. Mann, Strategic Marketing of Boston works on trade initiatives.
