CHICAGO John Immesote, who has led DDB Chicago’s creative efforts for Anheuser-Busch, is leaving the shop, confirmed an agency representative.

Immesote, 39, was a group creative director with the Omnicom shop, and has worked there for eight years. He is said to be exploring a directing career.

“John has been a powerhouse creative force for us for the past eight years, creating and leading some of our most famous and effective work,” wrote DDB Chicago chairman Bob Scarpelli in a memo to staffers.
