NEW YORK — Avenue A/NYC, an operating unit of Avenue A in Seattle, has hired former Agency.com executive, Ritesh Patel, as vice president and general manager of client services.
In the newly created post, Patel, 42, will oversee relationships with such clients as Ralph Lauren Media/Polo.com, Lancome, AstraZeneca and Salomon Smith Barney. Reporting to Avenue A/NYC president Jim Warner, he also will lead day-to-day operations, strategy, media, analytics and account and creative management at the New York interactive agency.
