BOSTON A three-way partnership among sports-marketing startup Aura360, Jeep and NBC has yielded a new action-adventure sports TV series.

“We’ve created a new franchise modeled after the Wide World of Sports, said Aura360 COO Rufus Frost, who co-founded Aura360 in May. “It’s a big step for us. This is the perfect evolution into property creation.”

The program, titled The Jeep Adventures Action Sports Series, will showcase action-adventure sports from around the world, such as surfing and motocross.
