Audi Retains Enlighten for Web Duties

NEW YORK Audi of America has retained three-year incumbent Enlighten for Web development duties following a four-month review, the client confirmed.

The Ann Arbor, Mich., digital shop said it will continue to handle the Auburn Hills, Mich., client's interactive strategy, e-mail marketing, digital content management and online programs for model launches, including a big push for the new A6 later this year.

The review also included Grey Global Group's Grey Interactive in New York, Interpublic Group's R/GA in New York and Havas' McKinney + Silver in Raleigh, N.C., which handles the automaker's $85 million general ad account and online advertising, sources said. McKinney pulled in former talent from Havas sibling Euro RSCG Circle in Boston for the pitch, according to sources.
