Atmosphere Wins Second Piece of Frito-Lay Work

SAN FRANCISCO – BBDO’s interactive unit, Atmosphere, has picked up a second piece of Frito-Lay business, the shop announced today. Only a few months after being tapped to handle online responsibilities for Doritos.com, the i-shop has also been selected to manage Internet duties for Frito-Lay’s ePloids.com online loyalty program.

The win comes after a review that included a number of undisclosed agencies. Spending on the new piece of business was not revealed.

The ePloids program is an extension of Frito Lay’s proprietary currency, “Ploids,” which are found on various brands such as Cheetos, Doritos and Planet Lunch.
